If the system is 64 Bit Windows, a file named Bignox must be opened which is usually present under C:Program Files (X86). By double clicking on ‘uninst’, the application starts to perform as expected. The same solution holds good for 32 Bit Windows 7. If the PC on which the software is downloaded is of earlier versions, then the Firewall settings must be checked and the access to all the programs must be enabled.
